Fred Partin, Executive Director

Fred has served as Executive Director of Bonita Springs Utilities since 1981, leading the not-for-profit utility through three decades of growth and progress. The Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce honored Fred as its 1991 Director of the Year and 1998 Citizen of the Year. He is a board trustee of the CREW Land & Water Trust, Chairman of the Foundation of the Rotary Club of Bonita Springs and Past Rotary Club President. Fred was appointed Commissioner with the Estero Fire Rescue in February 2010 and elected to that post the following November. He holds a bachelor's degree in public administration from Barry University.
