Sewer charges are based on the water consumption of the potable meter. Irrigation meters bill for water usage only. Installation costs for irrigation meters include the meter connection fee, plus labor and installation materials based on the results of a written cost estimate. Cost estimates may be requested via a fax to customer service at (239) 947-7460, at no cost to the customer. The irrigation meter size must be included in the faxed cost estimate request, along with customer's service address and contact information.

Charges for multi-family homes and Mixed-Master (a combination of residential and another classification) are based on water usage plus a monthly per unit rate of $6.48 for water and $22.78 for sewer service.
